Had fairly nice stay on vacation. The staff were all best and very attentive. The hotel was situated in the central location near airport. Lucky that it was relatively near Saimin Dojo, offering food to go. Enjoyed our stay in this venue.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Coconut Marketplace, which offers a variety of souvenir shops and a small general market. It is also relatively close to the airport and just a short distance from many other attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lovely views from the garden-view suites. The pool is a nice feature and is never crowded.

One downside is that the nearby beach is rocky and not very beautiful.

at night, the stuff quantity in the reception is not enough as our room's lock broke down, we have to go to the receptions three times to change the key.

Loved the room with pull out couch, my bed was EXCEPTIONALLY COMFORTABLE. The setting was favourable and stunning, very close to restaurants, the coconut mall across the street and shopping and Princeville. Popped in Street Burger for shots before sleep, it was not too far away from the venue.

Perfect little rooms with a big balcony and best and excellent staff.

Friendly staff, clean pool and hot tub. Well-kept room with great kitchen. Beautiful surroundings and central location for airport, dining, and beach. Comfortable bed.

Requested non-smoking room; got smoking room. No staff onsite (except a security person) to address the issue. Fortunately, we only planned one night at this location.

I did not like the fact that on Booked.net the price stated 179$ and when you go to pay the total price was of 225$ due to various taxes!!

This place is conveniently located within walking distance of the Coconut Marketplace and we enjoyed a delicious meal at Hukilau Lanai, which was only 200 meters away; it was a great place to stay while exploring the surrounding area, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

The location was great, however I would never stay there again.

The hotel had mold in the bath in the first room we were in and ask to be moved.. while the moved us they didn't offer to have anyone help us move. They remodeled the kitchen counters and cabinets an thre vanity area as well. But the stove was at least 20 years old and the bath tub needed to be replaced. They could have put the money they used on the high end counter tops in to the rest of the place.

We loved this stay. This was a really comfortable stay on vacation. We had an exceptionally comfortable bed and large bathroom, functional room. It had a fully equipped kitchen too. The location was favourable, at a short distance from On The Beach.
